Carbondale, IL. Books sold by Confluence Books at the Carbondale Farmers Market in June turned into $509 for The Little Resource Center.

Located at 801 East Walnut Street, The Little Resource Center provides “supportive services and evidence-based education that promotes health, safety, and wellbeing” in order to “strengthen and empower families, caregivers, and youth” (from their website). Confluence Books sells used books at 705 West Main Street in Carbondale.

All books are donated by the public and the staff strives to find the best home for every book. For more information about The Little Resource Center, see their website at littleresourcecarbondale.org or call 618-534-3345.
